BACKGROUND

I started as a Wealth Advisor at Alterna in 2019, and also spent more than three years here as a Personal Banking Advisor, where I provided investment advice that was tailored to each member’s net worth, risk tolerance and time horizon. In addition, I was a Financial Services Representative at a major bank for more than two years, where I identified my clients’ financial needs and recommended appropriate solutions. 

I was motivated to become a Wealth Advisor because I am passionate about investments. I’m also passionate about helping our members achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals. It’s extremely rewarding to know that I can make a meaningful difference in the lives of the members and their families. 

I’m committed to providing excellent service for our members and providing holistic advice that is tailored to their particular life stage and other circumstances. I am adept at helping members select the right investment mix based on their specific risk tolerance, time horizon and investment objectives. 

EDUCATION

Academically, I’ve earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (General Studies) from Brock University and a post-graduate Diploma in Project Management from Centennial College. I have also been granted the Responsible Investment Specialist designation and am nearing completion of the requirements for the Personal Financial Planner designation. 

COMMUNITY IMPACT

I’m active as a volunteer (participant and fundraiser) for the annual walk in support of JDRF, as we aim to cure diabetes.

Caring for our communities is embedded in Alterna's mission. We give over one million dollars a year in donations, sponsorships and community support - alongside countless volunteer hours. Alterna also provides an annual paid volunteer day to all employees, encouraging them to donate time to causes in their local communities.
