1. Log in to online banking. 
   
   
2. Under Pay & Transfer in the top navigation bar of online banking, select Manage contacts to be directed to the Manage contacts online banking page. 
   
   
3. On the Manage contacts page you will see a list of saved contacts, including their.
   1. Name
   2. Contact Method
   3. Secret question
   4. Preferred language
      
      
4. Next to each contact, you will see a(n):
   1. pencil icon for editing the contact information
   2. garbage can for deleting the contact
   3. arrow to see more details about the contact.
   4. Print, email, export pdf of details
      
      
5. Beneath the list of contacts, you will also notice forward and backward arrows to help you navigate to additional contacts.
   
   

Add a contact

1. To add a contact, select the large Add contacts* button on the right-hand side of the page to be directed to
   1. Enter the Contact details, including:
      1. Contact name
      2. Preferred language
      3. Notification method
      4. Email
      5. Mobile number
   2. Enter Security details, including:
      1. Secret question
      2. Answer
      3. Re-enter answer
         
         *Add contacts by importing your contacts on your mobile device individually.
         
         
2. Once the Contact and Security details are entered, select Continue to confirm, complete with options available to print, email, and export the contact entry. Select Cancel to stop the contact addition. 
   
   

Edit a contact

1. To edit a contact, select the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the contact you wish to edit. This will return you to the input page to edit the contact information. 

Delete contact

1. To delete a contact, select the garbage can icon on the right-hand side of the contact you wish to remove to directed to a Delete contact page.
   
   
2. From the Delete contact page, you can review the Contact details and Secret question. Next select the action you would like to take.
   1. Select Continue to confirm and complete the deletion process with options available to print, email, and export the deleted contact information.
   2. Choose Back to return to the Manage contacts page.
   3. Click Cancel to return to the online banking home page.
      
      

To see contact details

1. To see contact details, select the arrow icon on the right-hand side of the contact. A pop-up will appear with the contacts:
   1. Name
   2. Preferred language
   3. Notification method
   4. E-mail
   5. Secret question
      
      
2. From the pop-up, you can also print, email or export the information as a pdf.
   
   
3. Click the “X” in the top right corner to exit the Contact details information pop-up and return to the Manage contacts page.
