Add a profile picture

Personalize your digital banking experience by adding a profile photo.

With a sport for short descriptive text. 

  • Log in to online banking.

  • In the top navigation bar, select Profile & Preferences followed by Profile picture in the drop-down.

  • Click on the camera icon on the Profile picture digital banking webpage. Here you can personalize your account by adding a profile picture from a file saved on your computer

  • Return to the Online Banking Homepage by clicking the Alterna Savings Logo in the top left-hand corner.
  • Log in to mobile banking.

  • Select More at the bottom of the screen.

  • Choose Personalize the app.

  • Choose Personalize image. Here you can select:
    • Camera to take, retake, and use a photo.
    • Upload to upload, edit, and use a photo from your mobile device. Select Done to complete selection.
    • Reset to delete the profile picture.

  • To exit, choose More at the bottom of the screen or the back arrow in the top left-hand corner.
